1. What type of information is collected and how is it used.

In general, there are two types of information involved when you're using the websites information you provide us by entering it into our website, and information we collect by monitoring and tracking.


When information is entered, such as when you download content or request information, you may provide us with your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and so forth. We may use this personally identifiable information to contact you about the QbitEdge®  LLC services, or to provide you with other information that we think you may be interested in. However, we don't market or sell any of your personally identifiable information to any third party.


When you visit our websites, our systems recognize information such as your domain, IP address and Web browser. The third-party marketing software we use (e.g. ads.google.com) may also recognize via the use of "cookies" that you have been at our websites before and the "cookies" may track your web surfing behavior as you navigate around our site. When we do get that type information, in general, we may use it to try and tailor information to better fit what we think you may be looking for, to help us improve the experience of all of our website visitors, and to help us look for ways to continually upgrade and improve the performance of our websites.


We may also use it to serve advertising to you after you've visited our websites, a practice often referred to as "remarketing" or "retargeting". An example is if you're surfing the Web and seem to notice a high proportion of ads relating to a specific site or type of site (including ours) that you've recently visited - that is likely "remarketing" in action.

You can also opt-out of interest-based advertising delivered by Network Advertising Initiative member companies here. Some browsers also have settings you can change that can affect how information is collected or retained. 2. With whom does QbitEdge®  LLC share the information it collects.

We may use or disclose your personally identifiable information (such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number): (a) with your consent; (b) for technical and/or security issues relating to the proposed operation of the application; (c) to protect our rights or the safety of the public; or (d) if we have a good faith belief that disclosing such information is required to comply with legal process. In addition, we may sell or transfer such data to a third party as part of (and in conjunction with) an acquisition, merger, or sale of assets of our company so long as such third party explicitly agrees to abide by the terms of our privacy policy.


3. What is QbitEdge®  LLC's "opt-out" policy.

From time to time we may contact you to share information about QbitEdge®  LLC, or about other products and services we believe may be of interest. If you do not want to receive e-mails or other messages from QbitEdge®  LLC you can click "Unsubscribe" from an email or contact a QbitEdge® at info@qbitedge.com to be removed from our QbitEdge®  LLC e-mail lists.


4. How can information be corrected or updated.

You may correct or update your personally identifiable information by contacting our QbitEdge®  LLC through any of the means indicated above (i.e., email, phone or mail).


5. QbitEdge®  LLC and the use of "cookies".

QbitEdge®  LLC uses browser "cookies." Cookies are files that are written to the user's device and are read by wen applications so that the application knows you have visited before. In general, cookies are used so that users don't have to re-enter data with each visit, to understand user preferences, to improve user experience, and to compile aggregate data about how our service is used.


Our websites are intended for use by adults; it is not intended to be used by those under age 18. We will not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under age 13. If we are notified by a parent or guardian that a child under age 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will promptly delete it.

6. How information is secured at QbitEdge®  LLC.

We recognize the importance our customers place on security. We exercise great care to secure personally identifiable that we collect from these websites. Our security measures include the use of physical security, encrypted communications, data isolation, threat modeling, continuous monitoring, backups and disaster recovery, and general system security.


In addition, we do not store any of your credit card data on our servers. A PCI compliant third-party vendor(s) that specializes in the business of cashless payment processing manages credit card and other payment data.


7. Links to other sites.

Our websites may contain links to other websites that are created and maintained by others. Though the existence of a link on our websites probably means that we think you'll find the information interesting, we can't guarantee the accuracy or completeness of anything on those websites, and we don't assume any responsibility for anything contained on those sites. In addition, their privacy policies may be different than ours.


8. QbitEdge®  LLC and the GDPR

QbitEdge®  LLC's data security measures, policies, and practices ensure that the data processed on behalf of our customers is well-protected and in line with the requirements of the GDPR. A big part of the GDPR covers an individual's data rights, which we support, including but not limited to:


Data portability on demand
Data destruction
Data protection by design and by default
We're also continuing to improve our network monitoring and update our breach procedures per the GDPR guidelines.

9. QbitEdge®  LLC and the CCPA

This section provides additional details about the personal information we collect about California consumers and the rights afforded to them under the California Consumer Privacy Act or "CCPA."


Subject to certain limitations, the CCPA provides California consumers the right to request to know more details about the categories or specific pieces of personal information we collect, to delete their personal information, to opt out of any "sales" that may be occurring, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.


In the last 12 months, we collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name and contact information), commercial information (such as products/services purchased), internet or other electronic network activity information (such as browsing behavior), geolocation data, audio, electronic, visual or similar information (such as profile pictures or customer support call information), and inferences we make (such as preferred activities). For more details about the personal information we collect, including the categories of sources, please see section 1 above. We collect this information for the business and commercial purposes described in section 1 above. We share this information with the categories of third parties described in section 2 above.


QbitEdge®  LLC does not sell the personal information we collect (and will not sell it in the future without providing a right to opt out). Please note that we do use third-party cookies for our advertising purposes as further described in section 5 above.
